Intelligent Business Process Management (iBPM) is a dynamic technology that is currently used by many of the world’s top organizations and Pega is recognized as the industry leader. As a result, current demand for trained and certified resources is extremely high. Pega meets that need by offering the University Academic Program with curriculum that uses Pega as the software of choice.

Classes have been developed for university students interested in gaining iBPM skills and getting a jump start on their post-university career. Pega supplies the materials, the exercise system, and training for participating professors. Upon completion of the course of study, students achieve professional preparation through academic application and will be ready to join the workforce, adding immediate value in building next-generation Pega applications.

You’ve made the right choice to use Pega for your iBPM, intelligent case management, CRM, and decisioning needs, or you’re a systems integration partner with a large Pega practice. Either way, you need additional resources to build strategic applications and are again faced with training internal employees.

With Pega’s University Academic Program, you can develop a relationship with participating universities, either near you or schools that you typically recruit from. You’ll have access to a pool of academically trained, Pega-certified students who are eager to join a world-class organization using a world-class software solution.
