Pega partnered with research firm Savanta to survey more than 5,000 people worldwide on their views about AI, it’s continued evolution, and the ways in which people interact with technology. The results included responses from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, and Japan – totaling 5,239 people surveyed in the spring of 2023.
