The Four Pathways to Digital Business Transformation
MIT CISR shares proven frameworks for success in this can’t-miss interactive virtual workshop.
The ability to be agile, flexible, and resilient is top of mind for leaders across industries – but approaching digital transformation and measuring its success isn’t easy when the future is uncertain.
During this interactive workshop, research scientists Dr. Nick van der Meulen and Dr. Stephanie L. Woerner of MIT Sloan Center for Information Systems Research (MIT CISR) will share four viable pathways to transformation – along with the disruptive changes you may face along the way. We can’t forget Pegasystems’ very own Jo Allen, Customer Engagement Ambassador as she chats with Nick in our opening session that will give you a birds eye view of digital pathways. In a session that follows, hear from Rabobank’s Head of IT Systems, Anton Rutten, as he discusses their digital transformation journey.
Listen to inspiring case studies and insights from their research of over 2,000 companies. Then, ask your most pressing questions on how to make the most of your own transformation.
