With more than three decades of Financial Industry experience, and in his role as Senior Director for Pega’s Financial Retail Banking CRM solutions, Scott Andrick helps clients around the world strengthen customer relationships and accelerate digital transformation. He is a regular contributor in trade publications and at industry events on customer engagement and service excellence. Prior to Pega, Scott held multiple management roles at US and UK banks, and has diverse software experience in Professional Services, Sales Consulting, Product Management and Marketing.
Josh Smith is the Head of Machine Learning and Decision Solutions for Adqura. Josh has 30+ implementations and 15 years experience designing, implementing and continuously improving enterprise scale decisioning technology and programs. His earlier work experience at Target Corporation and Limited Brands as a data scientist helped form his current perspective on the value of data that decisioning technology consumes, derives and exports.
Annette is one of the pioneers of AI driven Decisioning solutions, leading the business teams that have delivered and optimised Decision Management projects in a number of high profile organisations. She is a Customer Experience evangelist, helping organisations to put the customer at the heart of their strategy, creating actionable insight across omni-channel touchpoints. Annette’s insight and experience has been invaluable in helping many businesses understand how AI can drive benefits, shaping their strategy and the business transformation required to succeed. Annette led marketing and CX teams for GoCompare, Orange, O2 and Nationwide Building Society and has worked across numerous sectors to drive the delivery of AI driven decisioning benefits.
