In a recent interview with FORTUNE, Sprint CEO, Marcelo Claure, describes his vision to transform customer experience and how he's turned to Pega to make this a reality. According to Claure, "Pega has the brains to help an agent deliver the right treatment to the right customer at the right time." Sprint's results are fantastic, and to quote their CEO: "We're seeing more than double the acceptance of retention offers. That is a big deal."
