Which Pega Partner program is right for you?

Consulting

Consulting Partners provide a broad range of professional services in CRM and digital process automation (DPA), including strategy, implementation, and support of Pega solutions. System Premier Consulting earn one of four tiers based on customer satisfaction, certified professionals, and successful Pega implementations.

ISV

Pega ISV Partners are Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who extend customers’ investments by integrating solutions that leverage the Pega CRM suite and platform. This allows customers to address business gaps or needs with out-of-the-box solutions that accelerate their time to market.

Authorized Training

Authorized Training Partners (ATP) expand the availability of trained Pega resources to support Pega customers in local languages across the globe via partner training organizations. Check out our ATP network and offerings to ramp up your Pega technical skills today.

Premier Consulting Partner program tiers

The four tiers are ranked from Registered Business Partners (entry level), followed by Silver, Gold, and Platinum (highest). For customers, partner tier indicates increasing levels of program success. For partners, each tier earns greater benefits. Here is a quick guide to our Premier Consulting Partner tiers.

Registered Business Partners

Registered Business Partners earn referral fees for net-new opportunities that mature into closed sales. Registering opportunities ensures that your contributions are rewarded. Through investment in sales and technical resources, companies can advance to higher tiers.

Silver

Silver Partners employ more certified developers, understand how to position Pega, and have successfully delivered client projects. Silver tier is based on joint bookings, technical proficiency, and customer satisfaction. Often their services are limited to specific applications or industries and are regional, not global.

Gold

Gold Partners have achieved more customer wins and implementations. Gold Partners integrate complex global solutions. Their deeper commitments include a Pega practice leader with a quota and a dedicated Pega Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure delivery best practices.

Platinum

Platinum Partners are trusted by global companies for rapid and scalable enterprise-wide transformational deployments. With a proven track record of customer success with complex deployments, Platinum Partners have a significant presence in multiple geographies and industries.

Requirements

If you have at least two Pega certified developers (the more the merrier) and ideally a Pega sponsor who can vouch for your company’s capabilities, read on below to see if you qualify to join our partner program.

Becoming a Registered Business Partner is the first step in building your Premier Consulting practice. Through investment in sales and certified developer resources, companies can advance to higher tiers. Before applying, your company should meet the following requirements:

  • You should employ at least two Pega certified developers (Version 8.x) before applying to the program. Registered Business Partners are expected to have ten certified developers by the end of their first year in the program.

  • The program is designed for established organizations that want to refer enterprise business and implement Pega solutions. It is not for individual consultants or developers.

  • Your company should have worked on at least one Pega implementation prior to applying. Registered Business Partners are expected to complete at least one additional implementation during their first year of program participation.

  • Ideally, you will have a Pega sponsor who can vouch for your company’s capabilities.

  • Ideally, your company should employ at least two Pega certified developers, but certified resources are a recommendation, not a requirement, for the ISV program.

  • Your company should offer an existing solution that extends or augments Pega’s solutions or an original application that was built on the Pega Platform™.

  • Your company should be prepared to share go-to-market plans for your solution.

  • The program is designed for organizations with an established track record building next-generation apps. It is not for individual consultants or developers.

  • Ideally, your company should have worked on at least one Pega implementation prior to applying, but this is a recommendation, not a requirement.

  • All partners will need to complete a due-diligence process with Legal/Compliance.

  • Ideally, you will have a Pega sponsor who can vouch for your company’s capabilities.
