How to take over the world - ING's transformation from local to global

Two years ago, Derek talked about setting up ING's Pega Hotel in the Netherlands. On his last slide, the next step for the Hotel was "Take over the world." This year, he'll tell you how ING's global Pega platform is doing just that.
