Our Benefits

Our comprehensive benefits are customized for each country and include a combination of both financial and non-financial plans to support the needs of our employees while allowing them to stay healthy, productive and enjoy the important things in their lives.

Global Paid Parental Leave Program

As Pega continues to grow, we remain committed to embracing a diverse workforce. That’s why we offer 20 weeks paid parental leave for the primary caregiver (plus additional time as required by some countries) and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers paid at 100% of base pay. Plus, primary caregivers can return to work for four days a week and be paid for five days during the first month back.


Our goal is to provide highly competitive compensation including base pay, incentives and bonus or commission for eligible employees. Additionally and where available, employees also receive Pega stock grants.

Pega also offers our employees healthcare plans tailored to provide quality care and meet the specific standards of each country. We support a healthy lifestyle and provide a variety of fitness and wellness initiatives.

Income Protection & Retirement Savings
