Join Pega’s Product Strategy organization, where we define the future of enterprise automation. As part of the Go-to-Market Strategy team, you’ll help shape how Pega delivers value to SAP-centric enterprises by aligning our product investments with market opportunity.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
As the SAP Product & Investment Strategy Lead, you’ll be responsible for identifying where Pega should invest to win in SAP-driven transformation programs. You’ll translate market signals into actionable product strategies, guiding build, buy, or partner decisions. Your work will directly influence Pega’s roadmap, helping us deliver the right integrations, accelerators, and value propositions to drive growth in SAP-heavy environments.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Strategic Product Investment Planning
- Identify priority SAP integration points for the Pega Platform.
- Develop build/buy/partner recommendations for SAP accelerators and solution assets.
- Evaluate joint go-to-market opportunities with GSIs and hyperscalers.
- Build structured business cases to support executive decision-making.
Product Strategy Alignment
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities with SAP-specific requirements.
- Define SAP-related accelerators, templates, and blueprints to accelerate adoption.
- Shape SAP-specific positioning across Pega’s core offerings: Workflow Automation, Legacy Transformation, Customer Service, and Customer Engagement.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Strategy to ensure investment plans align with delivery capacity.
- Work with Alliances and Partner Ecosystem teams to validate and leverage SI-built SAP solutions.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software product strategy, corporate strategy, or solutions leadership.
- Deeply knowledgeable about SAP technologies, migration programs, and the “Clean Core” initiative.
- Experienced in developing product strategies within partner-driven ecosystems.
- Skilled in financial modeling, business case development, and executive-level communication.
- Comfortable navigating enterprise architecture and integration patterns in SAP landscapes.
What You've Accomplished:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing product roadmaps.
- Experience working with GSIs, hyperscalers, and SAP ecosystem partners.

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 120500 - 183500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
