What You'll Do at Pega:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the region, aligning with company goals and client needs.
- Drive successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client adoption and expansion.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Who You Are:
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of senior experience in Professional Services and Delivery.
- Flexible approach, both hands on consulting and leading by example
- at least 10 years of relevant experience in the software or technology industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in client relationship management.
- At Least 5 years of Pega program experience.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
