Join our AI-powered transformation of enterprise sales as a Compliance, Risk & Payments Account Executive focused on new business generation within the Risk, KYC, Lending, Fraud, Financial Crimes and Payments space.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

You will be responsible for selling into an assigned growth territory. Under the leadership of the EMEA SVP, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies that deliver results. As a specialist Compliance, Risk & Payments Account Executive, you will build and develop relationships with key decision makers based on domain and solution experience to further accelerate Pegasystems' strategic value for the customer.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Comfortable dealing with senior executives relevant to the Risk, KYC, Lending, Fraud, Financial Crimes and Payments space
  • Highly proficient in collaborative/team selling
  • Highly proficient in detecting new opportunities and developing targeted prospecting strategies
  • Thorough understanding of the Digital Transformation agenda
  • Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively
  • Excellent presentation skills and solution value proposition positioning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable being self-driven, working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and pressurized environment
  • You have strong prospecting and multi-level selling skills
     

Who You Are:

A results-driven Compliance, Risk & Payments domain specialist with a hunter mentality, passionate about breaking into new markets and excited by the possibilities of agentic AI. You're eager to join a high-performing EMEA team that embraces experimentation and drives new market expansion. You are perfectly business fluent in German & English

What You've Accomplished:

  • Demonstrated experience selling risk, KYC, Lending, Financial Crimes, Fraud or Payments solutions
  • Strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry including an understanding of bank processes
  • Stable and progressive history of quota achievement
  • Prior participation in a formal sales training MEDDPICC preferred
  • Track record of challenging and improving a customer’s way of doing business
  • Research lead opinions that can illustrate relevant market insight and ROI for your clients.
