Pega Knowledge Management is an AI-powered application that uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning to help authors effortlessly curate enterprise content, in combination with Pega Knowledge Buddy, it surfaces out simplified answers based on the enterprise content, out to the end users.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Develop a world class enterprise product
  • Propose and adhere to best practices, while focusing on building scalable & performant enterprise solution within the release timeline
  • Work on Pega constellation framework to build products using Pega technology, JS & REACT, RESTFul microservices and acquire new skills a propose new technical solutions
  • Utilize your outstanding technical skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions
  • Talk about the product and present to a broader group
  • Collaborating with a high performing Pega teams to build out the next generation of features in the product

Who You Are:

You are a highly technical hands on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega and emerging technologies to help solve business problems.

  • BS Degree with at least 4+ years of progressively responsible experience or Master’s Degree
  • With at least 3+ year of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
  • Strong technical foundation, with understanding of object-oriented programming and design, data modelling and full stack development
  • Optionally, Pega CSA certified and comfortable using the Pega platform.
  • Experience working on Java, HTML-CSS, JS technologies and REACT JS, GenAI- LLMs Models.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and presentational skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate, with teams  
  • Passionate about technology, proactive individual who experiments and comes up with new ideas. Enthusiastic to pick up new concepts and technology that help the product
  • Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
  • Capacity to work in teams as well as alone
  • Capacity to lead technical designs and implementations
  • Ability to match technology solutions to customer needs

What You've Accomplished:

  • You’ve built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.
  • You’ve led end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution.
  • You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational data bases and integration techniques.
  • You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and designing principles using JAVA, JS or Python.
  • Prominent development experience on Java, advanced Java Script (concepts such as object-oriented java script, namespace, prototyping in java script), CSS, HTML experience is highly desired.
  • You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
