What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across telecom client organizations.
  • Utilize deep industry and product expertise to offer insights on how clients can maximize software licenses to drive business value.
  • Expand into new telecom accounts and grow business opportunities within the existing customer base in your assigned portfolio.
  • Offer unique, valuable insights to clients, guiding commercial conversations and helping them discover new ways to remain competitive in the telecom market.
  • Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Pega’s partners to create and present compelling Pega value propositions tailored to the telecom industry.

Who You Are:

A highly motivated enterprise software sales executive, committed to delivering value to clients and enhancing their business process automation strategies. You excel at challenging customers' perspectives, quickly establishing credibility, fostering strong relationships, and driving the success of both our clients and Pega.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business or a related field.
  • Enterprise Software Sales Expertise: Over 10 years of direct enterprise software sales experience, with a stable and progressive track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets.
  • Telecom Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding and experience working within the telecom industry, enabling effective communication and tailored solutions for clients in this sector.
  • SaaS Sales Experience: Proven success in selling SaaS solutions, demonstrating the ability to navigate the unique dynamics of cloud-based sales environments.
  • Account Management Skills: Strong foundation in account management, including the ability to expand business within existing accounts through relationship building and strategic radiation.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Expertise in building and maintaining robust sales pipelines through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of enterprise software solutions, particularly in BPA (Business Process Automation), DPA (Digital Process Automation), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), CRM, and Case Management.
  • Partner Collaboration: Experience working with large partner organizations, collaborating to create and deliver joint solutions that maximize value for clients.
  • Formal Sales Training: Participation in a structured sales training program, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and mastery of advanced sales techniques.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Proven track record of challenging customers’ existing business practices and introducing innovative solutions that drive efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Technical Acumen: Up-to-date knowledge of business automation technologies, ensuring a strong ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
  • Outstanding Presentation Skills: A confident and engaging presenter, skilled in delivering compelling product demonstrations and business cases that resonate with diverse audiences.
