As a Community Moderator Intern, you will be key in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our community members. Your role will involve monitoring interactions, responding to inquiries, and assisting in resolving issues to ensure a smooth and positive user experience. What You'll Do at Pega:
- Actively monitor community forums for new posts and comments.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and helpful assistance.
- Moderate discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a respectful environment.
- Identify and escalate issues that require attention from the community management team.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of community guidelines and processes.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing community feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for community engagement initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and online community tools.
- Interest in customer service and community building.
- Experience with online community moderation or customer support.
- Knowledge of relevant social media platforms and analytics tools.
