Highmark's framework for de-risking innovation and transforming healthcare
Highmark Health Solutions sponsored a Pega Catalyst engagement for three months that explored different ways to digitally transform their end-to-end innovation and software delivery operating model. Together HMHS and the Pega Catalyst team designed a 6-step model called Innovation@Scale that includes structured problem solving, design thinking, prototyping and business experimentation tools and techniques. Each of these tools are integrated into the model to deliver optimal results. Innovation@Scale supports a larger clinical transformation at HMHS.
