What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key decision-makers across Spain's financial sector (banking & insurance key accounts), becoming their trusted advisor on digital transformation
  • Leverage your deep understanding of financial industry challenges to demonstrate how Pega's agentic AI and automation solutions deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Expand Pega's footprint within existing accounts while strategically targeting new opportunities in Spain's dynamic market
  • Provide clients with transformative insights that challenge conventional thinking, showcasing how intelligent automation can create competitive advantage
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through innovative prospecting strategies, including AI-powered lead generation and digital engagement
  • Collaborate with Pega's ecosystem partners to create comprehensive transformation solutions that address complex insurance challenges

Who You Are:

A passionate digital transformation advocate with a talent for navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. You thrive on challenging the status quo and helping organizations reimagine their future. Your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value makes you a credible advisor who can engage at all levels of an organization. You're equally comfortable discussing strategic business outcomes with C-suite executives and technical implementation details with IT leaders.      

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably with experience in the Spanish financial market
  • Demonstrated success in complex sales cycles with large enterprise clients, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial industry challenges and digital transformation opportunities
  • Solid foundation in consultative selling, account management, and business development (MEDDPIC, Challenger Sale)
  • Knowledge of intelligent automation, AI technologies, and their application in financial processes
  • Fluent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience collaborating with partner organizations
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities that inspire clients to embrace transformation
