Picture Yourself at Pega:

As an Operations Analyst, you will be a trusted business partner for Pega’s global consulting organization and a key member of the Operations team. You will work collaboratively within project teams and communicate status, actions, and aims to the region as per the requirements of the project. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and efficiency of our business systems and reporting capabilities. The insights you deliver to the leadership team will provide key actionable insights for the consulting business to meet its business objectives

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Provide Front line support for Consulting Solutions Executives, Project Leaders & Shared Services in assisting with forecasting, system processes, invoicing and billing rules, accounting adjustments/revenue recognition etc.
  • Work with the Consulting leadership community to research, advocate, and make recommendations on business process improvements to drive user adoption of our systems and processes.
  • Become the SME of all internal systems including maintaining user documentation, communication/training of new/existing business processes and system knowledge/support.
  • Recommend improved functionality to increase automation to better facilitate business functions.
  • Ensure collaborative and effective communication with consulting and cross functional teams and internal UAT testing of system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Global Operations team on reporting best practices.

Who You Are:

  • 2-3 years of business experience as an Operations/Business analyst in high tech/software industry preferred, ideally with a background in supporting consulting and/or sales organizations
  • Ability to understand a process from end to end and understand all aspects involved throughout entire lifecycle
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operational responsibilities with long term strategic projects
  • Skilled communicator; able convey ideas to sales and delivery stakeholders as well as senior leadership in person or in writing
  • Must possess the ability to accept changing circumstances and adapt work accordingly
  • Experience with understanding data form visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • A self-starter who demonstrates initiative, entrepreneurship, and tenacity while working proactively rather than reactively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and objectives
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
