You will join a dynamic team leveraging low-code development tools to design and develop business applications. Your focus will be on the Customer Service application, utilizing leading NLP and GenAI technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of customer service agents.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Take ownership of the components/tasks and make sure they are delivered with great quality
  • Collaborate with product management to help define and align product goals with software deliverables
  • Provide oversight and direction during the application development
  • Actively participate in design and development of applications.
  • Actively participates in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions. Provide continuous feedback and implement changes to our development processes.
  • Help in testing various features of the product
  • Resolve customer issues either by providing technical guidance or issue formal Hotfixes

Who You Are:

  • A student pursuing a bachelor’s in computer science or a related field, passionate about software development and finding simple, elegant solutions to complex real-world business problems.
  • A proven performer driven by code quality, cleanliness, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
  • Experienced with React and TypeScript.
  • Possessing a basic understanding of GenAI and Prompt Engineering.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and interested in utilizing the power of model-driven development to architect and implement low-code enterprise applications.
  • Enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment that values collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a robust environment that frequently presents new challenges.

What Categories of Veterans Are “Protected” by VEVRAA?

  1. A “disabled veteran” is one of the following:
