Andrew LeClair is the Product Marketing Manager for the Decision Sciences division at Pegasystems, accelerating Pega's portfolio of marketing technology, decision management, and customer engagement solutions. Before joining Pega, Andrew was the lead Marketing Investment Benchmark Analyst in IDC’s CMO Advisory Service and previously was the Manager of Commercial Programs at Wyman-Gordon. Andrew holds degrees in Economic Sociology and Cultural Anthropology, and graduated Suma Cum Laude from James Madison University. Aside from a diehard Boston sports fan, Andrew is an avid golfer, foodie, and craft beer enthusiast.

Rusty Warner
Rusty serves B2C marketing professionals. His research focuses on enterprise marketing technologies, including cross-channel campaign management, marketing resource management, and real-time interaction management. Rusty helps organizations ensure that their marketing technology investments underpin strategies to meet evolving customer expectations and align with overall business technology investments to win, serve, and retain customers.

Anthony Abdulla
Anthony Abdulla is a director of product marketing for application development at Pega and has been building brands and launching successful products for over 15 years. Throughout his career, Anthony has helped clients improve customer engagement and operational efficiencies through digital transformation.

John Rymer
John serves application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals. He leads Forrester's AD&D research on cloud platforms as well as low-code development platforms. John is an authority on the software strategies of IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, and other leading vendors. John has been a leading expert on enterprise application development practices, technologies, and platforms for more than 20 years. Forrester has recognized John with its prestigious Bill Bluestein Research Award.

Francis Carden
Francis was a founder of the RPA technology acquired by Pega in 2016. Since joining Pega, Francis has been proactively involved in the core technology and marketing around the intelligent automation space, bringing together stories and insights across the globe. He is actively involved in Pega's leading Digital Process Automation (DPA) platform which includes many of the latest advances in technology from artificial intelligence, machine learning, low-code, case management, end-to-end automation and robotics. Francis has more than 30 years of experience running multinational technology companies and selling innovative technology all over the world.

J.P. Gownder
J. P. Gownder is a Vice President and Principal Analyst serving CIOs, CTOs, and other technology and business leaders. He leads Forrester’s research into the impact that automation technologies like artificial intelligence, smart software, robotics, and customer self-service have on the future of work, the future of jobs, and the economy. His research also covers the role that technology innovations play in the workforce, employee experience, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
