Scotiabank’s Evolving Global Reuse Strategy – Forming the Business COE

Five years (and 70+ applications) into Scotiabank’s Pega journey, the organization has built a large catalog of reusable Pega capabilities. Now Scotiabank’s focus is on gaining leverage from these assets to accelerate the global rollout of key applications. The formation of an Enterprise Business Process Steering Committee is key to maximizing value through standardization and reuse.
