Siemens' Innovative P2P Service - A Milestone on the Road to Global Implementation of the Shared Service Strategy
Siemens, KPMG and Pega have worked together closely to design a new purchase-to-pay (P2P) service. In 2019, Siemens started a comprehensive program with the goal of optimizing, harmonizing and automating the P2P process by implementing a central platform. After jointly conducting a detailed market analysis and intensive evaluation of various solutions with KPMG, Siemens also decided to launch the Pega Platform in order to digitalize the P2P process since Siemens has already digitalized other core processes using the Pega Platform.
