Pega has been chosen as the strategic BPM platform for Lloyds Banking Group. The Insurance Division is implementing Pega BPM to replace its antiquated AWD workflow solution for over 2,200 users to transform its Life, Pensions & Investments processes. Over 700 existing work types have been simplified down to a framework of 23 processes, putting the power to consistently deliver great customer outcomes in the hands of the service function.
