Getting Sales Agents Mobile for Medicare Enrollment

UnitedHealthcare need to put a Medicare Enrollment tool in the sale's agents hands that was easy to use, mobile, and intelligent. Through our partnership with Pega we were able to build a mobile application and website that has streamlined the enrollment process for agents and consumers, increased the quality and efficiency of our backend processes, and integrated with a diverse set of internal systems. This successful launch is allowing us to eliminate burdensome legacy enrollment systems and increase the productivity of our sales force.
