Facebook Chatbot Demo (TCS Cadence and Loan Application): See how the solution enables customers to chat with two bots from the same Facebook login at the same time. One is the TCS Pega community knowledge bot (TCS Cadence), the other is a loan application bot. A user will be able to hold parallel chats with both bots while applying for a loan without any human interface. This dual-bot solution allows service providers to work with the same customer on two different topics.

Pega Design Validator: Watch how TCS’ auto design validation tool can help reduce manual effort and errors, and ensure strong foundational design for smooth implementation. Running on any application, the tool makes it easy to identify incorrect/faulty design elements from the rulestack and take remedial measures.

End-to-End DevOps in Pega: See how Pega, integrated with JIRA, automates development from requirements to SIT deployment, including AUT testing, guardrail verification, and deployment through DevOps. This Pega stack also includes Agile Workbench for staff management.

Dockerized Pega and Automated Deployments using Jenkins: Developers are often faced with a challenging web of complex compatibility restrictions, in which an application or workload is built specifically for its predetermined environment. If the application needed to be migrated, for example from bare metal to a virtual machine, or from a VM to the cloud, or between service providers, it generally meant rebuilding the application or workload entirely to ensure compatibility in the new environment. This solution helps developers resolve compatibility restrictions in software applications by providing a common interface for migrating applications.
