It's a continuous conversation with the customer across all channels utilizing all pertinent data. And getting that conversation right creates customer intimacy, which helps drive loyal customers.

Now, so many of us like cookies (especially at this time of year), and we all have our personal favorites! But if you were trying to sell me cookies, you would really want to know what I like vs. what my nephews prefer. Successful marketing in today's world is kind of like serving the right cookie, to the right person, at the right time.
