"With more than 70 sessions and 100 demos, including Pega CLM and Pega KYC – along with keynotes from executives at Allianz, ANZ, Cisco and Rabobank – this will be our largest and most powerful Pegaworld ever."

Learn from the best at Pegaworld 2016 in Las Vegas, June 5-8, where Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) will be featured topics. These conversations will be especially exciting given the recent launch of our latest CLM application.

Pre-built using best practice processes, the new application lets you orchestrate complex customer onboarding quickly and seamlessly, from front to back office. Pair it with preconfigured, best-practice KYC rules, and you have a fully unified regulatory rules maintenance engine that adapts to changing risk globally.

This year, we’ve moved to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to accommodate more than 3,500 attendees from among Pega’s customers, partners and prospects. With more than 70 sessions and 100 demos, including Pega CLM and Pega KYC – along with keynotes from executives at Allianz, ANZ, Cisco and Rabobank – this will be our largest and most powerful Pegaworld ever.

Register now so you won’t miss a minute of these powerful sessions. You’ll hear from some of the industries’ greatest leaders, covering digital transformation through to client lifecycle management transformation. At a time when customer centricity and digital transformation are driving agendas across all sectors, this Pegaworld could not be more relevant.

The financial front
Financial services are by far the most highly represented sector at this year’s event, perhaps because 88% of the largest financial institutions believe KYC has the major impact on onboarding time.

As global banks find they must implement technology to meet complex KYC regulations, they are using it as an opportunity to drive KYC and onboarding transformation. What we’re seeing is that some of the largest global banks are transforming their end to end client lifecycle management, not only to ensure compliance but also to drive faster time to revenue, onboarding, competitive advantage and ultimately customer centricity.

Front to back office transformation has also become a key part of the digital transformation journey. Clients seek a global experience and transparency, relationship managers want to transact faster, regulators want to ensure banks are compliant, and banks need to stay competitive in a digital age. This will be an opportunity for our clients and partners to hear from executives at global banks and industry leaders on how CLM and KYC technology, including the use of KYC utilities, are defining the client lifecycle management and regulatory journey.

Pegaworld 2016’s agenda is packed with thought-provoking cross industry sessions that all sectors can leverage. Here are highlights of two highly relevant sessions – CLM, Onboarding and KYC Transformation and Women in Technology:

Keeping Pace with Global Regulatory Change & Client Lifecycle Management Transformation: I am personally excited to host the CLM and KYC session this year along with some of the greatest thought leaders in the industry: James McGuire, Executive Director, Morgan Stanley, Sandeep Jain, Lead Architect and Development Manager, Client Lifecycle Management Technology, Barclays and Jon May, CEO, (Markit-Genpact).

Women in Technology Panel: I will also be co-chairing our Women in Technology panel, where female executives at some of the world’s top firms will share their experiences. Technology executives from Bank of America, Optum and New York Life Insurance will be part of the panel, and the topic is highly relevant as more women rise to positions of power in the tech world.

Delivering on the Promise of Digital Transformation: This panel, moderated by McKinsey Digital Principal, Christopher Paquette, brings together executive leaders from ANZ, Fifth Third Bank, Merkle and Rabobank to discuss the drivers of digital transformation and the way in which technology and strategy must come together to ensure success.

The 4th Industrial Revolution and Workforce Disruption: The Fourth Industrial Revolution, characterized by the blurring of the physical world with technology, is affecting how we live, work, and interact. Alan Trefler will talk with Gerald Chertavian, Founder and CEO of Year, and Alan Marcus, Head of Technology Agenda at the World Economic Forum about the future of work and the impact on business and the workforce.
