Revolutionizing customer retention: How Foxtel drove up retention rates and reduced costs: Marco Miranda, Executive Director of Sales and Customer Experience, and Richard Schultz, Head of Analytics and Campaign Delivery, show how in just seven weeks Foxtel has revolutionized their retention organization, enabling four call centers to increase retention rates while reducing offer costs.
