Used Pega Blockchain to develop a secure, reliable and auditable way for medical and pharmacy systems to share and update real-time accumulators for their adjustment programs.
The solution increased customer satisfaction by providing accurate billing amounts, avoiding inaccurate expenses and time-consuming invoicing adjustments and delays.
This is a first step toward moving enrollment, claim adjudication and payment logic into this solution.
