Senior Software Engineer, Pega Development

The Senior Software Engineer collaborates with a team of onshore developers and a Product Manager (part of the Let’s Get Insights scrum team) to design and develop top-tier software solutions for the CRM industry. The broader D&AI team leverages their industry expertise and Pega’s innovative technology to create products that address business problems and inefficiencies for our customers. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in Pega PRPC to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pega architecture, case management, REST integration, asynchronous processing, sound knowledge on core java and business process automation.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions to track feature usage for visualization in Pega Diagnostic Cloud.
Lead development of case workflows, business rules, UI/UX, and integration strategies per use case.
Implement test automations (PegaUnits, PRPC, Karate) to ensure feature reliability.
Leverage GenAI tools for unit testing, code automation, and defining Pega architecture best practices.
Build integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and external databases; configure key Pega components.
Oversee deployment, configuration, and testing of Pega applications across Dev, QA, and Production.
Who You Are:
You’re a Pega developer with 4 to 6 years of experience (CSSA certified), skilled in marketing automation and passionate about applying AI and Pega capabilities to real-world business challenges.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
Strong in case management, integration, UI design, workflows, and performance tuning
Proficient in data modeling, rules configuration, and Pega decisioning
Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices and asynchronous processing
CRM domain exposure is a plus; core Java knowledge is a bonus

• Partners with internal clients, like Product Managers, to align business goals with implementation results.
• Mentor junior developers and provided training sessions on Pega best practices, contributing to a more skilled and cohesive team.
• Develop innovative solutions using Pega's AI capabilities, leading to a reduction in manual processing time.
