Picture Yourself at Pega:
The Talent Management Partner will support the Director of Talent Management in driving and executing Pega's talent strategy. The ideal candidate will design, implement and enhance talent programs. This role requires exceptional execution, project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment. *This is a hybrid role with 3 days/wk during the 90-day onboarding period and 2 days/wk following. Candidates must be local to Waltham, Ma.
What You'll Do at Pega:
1. Program design and Implementation:
- Design, execute and improve, talent management programs that drive career and performance.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with business needs
- Establish metrics and measurement to assess the effectiveness and impact of talent programs. Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
2. Talent Cultivation:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent cultivation program.
- Ensure practices are consistent with Pega’s values and strategic goals to promote a high-performance culture.
3. Content and Communication:
- Own the Talent Management pages within the Pega Portal. Ensure that the information is up-to-date and easy to consume.
- Create and execute regular campaigns to promote talent content and drive people to the hub.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring talent strategies to life.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that embraces diverse perspectives.
- Infuse external best practices to leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Stay abreast with the latest innovations and experiment with new tools and approaches.

What You've Accomplished:
- 6-8 years of experience in talent management, People team, or related fields.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing talent programs such as mentoring, shadowing, etc.
- Familiarity with HR systems and emerging technologies for career development.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a global, cross-cultural environment, preferably within the technology sector.
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating organizational change and shifting priorities.
