Meet Our Team:

Pega People Team is looking for an experienced People Data Quality Analyst as we expand our Global People Service Delivery / People Operations Team. You’ll play a critical role to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all People systems. The role will support the Global People Operations Team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume People activities as it relates to our HRIS data. Your key stakeholders will be IT/People Analytics/People Tech and other cross functional People Teams, including employee and manager populations.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Lead Quality Assurance practices for People Operations Service Delivery transactions and processes
•    Data Integrity: Design, operationalize and implement processes ensuring clean data from sources/systems through regular audits
•    Validate and resolve system data errors related to People Team processes where the source data is incorrect/inaccurate
•    Build fail safe processes in conjunction with IT (People Tech / People Analytics) and CoE People Teams to move us from reactive to proactive 
•    Build processes for conducting data quality checks across various data sources.
•    Ensure data and system integrity by conducting regular audit report reviews across SuccessFactors and across People Team functional areas
•    Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting of standard reports
•    Conducts data quality checks across various functional areas to ensure sound data with respect to position management, workflow approval, employee data, etc.  
•    Collaborate and interview People Team functional areas to understand their data quality challenges
•    Identify data quality issues and determine proper course of action to remediate
 

Who You Are:

•    Self-driven to deliver outcomes and independent thinker
•    Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with business users and senior leaders to determine data quality needs and effective delivery methods
•    Experience with HRIS Systems - SAP SuccessFactors a must
•    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
•    Maintain a high level of data confidentiality.
•    High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset.
 

What You've Accomplished:

•    Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in HR data analysis.
•    Proven outcomes as it related to implementing data integrity framework ensuring that data remains accurate, consistent, and trustworthy throughout its lifecycle, preventing accidental or intentional alterations or corruption. 
•    Transformed the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the data stored and managed within a company's human resources systems to mitigate fire drills and erroneous processing
•    Familiarity with HRIS systems and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation.
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing HR data.
