The number of our Pega Cloud SaaS and PaaS customers is rapidly growing. We are looking for individuals who will help us to drive this growth by building highly scalable cutting-edge Cloud Services. As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our Pega Cloud – building out the services that make cloud operations invisible for our end clients. Your task will be to ensure consistency of Pega Cloud by implementing state-of-the-art deployment models with built-in observability, effective troubleshooting, and recovery capabilities.

We are looking for a highly engaged, technically strong and collaborative individual with a positive attitude who wants to help us with achieving our goal - being the "Top 1" CRM SaaS company in the world! Our Pega Cloud team is distributed globally with three major technology centers in the US, in the EU and in India.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Develop tooling supporting orchestration for thousands of Cloud environments,
- Work daily with Go, Java, Python, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker,
- Work within Scrum, DevOps, and MVP frameworks,
- Continuously improve, refine, and refactor the code base and configuration tools.
Who You Are:
You are an effective communicator and collaborator. Also, you demonstrate initiative and autonomy at work.
What You've Accomplished:
- Professional experience in software designing and development,
- Familiarity with at least one of Go, Java, or Python,
- Very good command of English.
It will be great, but not required if you have familiarity with:
- AWS Cloud, GCP or similar,
- Concepts of Infrastructure as a Code principles (Terraform),
- DevOps automation and pipeline tools,
- Docker or other container engines,
- Cloud Operations good practices,
- Microservices and Stateless Architecture,
- DevOps + Agile + MVP methodologies,
- Quality oriented mindset.
