You’ll become part of our Intelligent Automation & Customer Service Product GTM Strategy team. Our team showcases how Pega’s industry leading low-code workflow & AI platform can increase developer productivity and help IT teams rapidly deliver new automations & applications working alongside their business stakeholders. We’re successful when our clients & partners are successful. Our goal is to create the GTM strategy, programs, and assets which our client-facing teams need to enable success within their accounts.

What You'll Do at Pega:
- Own the success of developers & IT teams with Pega! Act as a strategist, advocate, and evangelist all in the pursuit of enabling Pega clients to get the most out of their platforms and their investment
- Be the subject matter expert in the organization on developer marketing – focused on building a strong community of engaged, excited, and effective developer community
- Lead the buildout of a sales & partner strategy to support enterprise IT teams in the buildout of their Pega development teams & practices
- Improve the developer experience across product, technical content, PR/media, social and all other areas affecting how developers perceive Pega
- Drive the developer success strategy from end to end:
- Analyze the market to identify key trends, opportunities and threats.
- Engage directly with clients & partners
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
- Develop differentiating positioning and messages
- Define & activate ‘offers’ through the field – including development of pricing, packaging, & services
- Develop programs for thought leadership, product launch, and field enablement.
- Evangelize Pega at conferences, tradeshows, & industry events.
Who You Are:
- A developer advocate – interested in improving how systems are developed & delivered
- Confident enough to challenge anyone on their viewpoint, when it needs challenging.
- Eager to get out in front and speak your mind, at any time – whether that’s during a meeting, dinner, conference breakout, or keynote presentation.
- Energized by debating marketing, analytics & data approaches with a C-level exec.
- Tech-savvy and collaborative enough to earn the product team’s trust.
What You've Accomplished:
- 3-6 years of marketing, development, delivery, sales, product marketing, or product management experience
- Experience working in a high-tech firm, or in a marketing services/agency environment
- Exceptionally strong writing and communications skills demonstrated via technology-oriented white papers, eBooks, articles, webinars, or video content.
- Working knowledge of a quantitative discipline like marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, data science, or analytics.
- Basic grounding in technology-enabling capabilities like AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, complex event processing, natural language processing, performance simulation, or customer decision management.
