Through tightknit collaboration, unified direction, and clearly defined standards, we embody the operational excellence needed to propel Pega’s as a service culture forward. The Program Management function of the Delivery Services team coaches leaders across Pega to improve internal processes and execute on projects and programs that support our strategic direction.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Drive foundational, strategic, and tactical cloud security projects, partnering with operations, engineering, and business leadership.
Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing multiple projects. Accountable for the on-time delivery of business-critical bodies of security work.
Evangelize agile and security at Pega, including continuous improvement activities by identifying efficiencies with activities and artifacts.
Be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team delivering strategically important solutions for world-class customers.

You are highly motivated and organized with strong interpersonal skills.
You have an interest and passion for Security technology.
You are successful at collaboration, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
You are willing to challenge the status quo, share ideas, act on initiatives, and navigate conflicts.
You can present to large audiences, run effective meetings, and work with multiple levels of the organization.
You are learning how to influence others and get things done, even when you have no direct line of authority over them.
What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
History of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering Security and/or other technical projects
Experience working with Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in cross-organizational management of complex Security and/or other technical initiatives.
Security certification (SANS, CISA, CISSP, Security+, etc.). is a plus
