We accept credit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Registration cannot be completed without payment. Registration and any Fee-Based Training /Bootcamps must be paid in full in order to pick up your conference badge.
Can I submit payment via ACH or check?
Yes. If your company prefers to submit an ACH or check please PegaWorld@pega.com for instructions. Upon receipt of payment, a code will be provided to share with colleagues so they can register with a zero balance due. Registration and any Fee-Based Training classes/Bootcamps must be paid in full in order to pick up your conference badge.

Can I bring a guest?
A limited number of event guest passes are available for the Welcome Reception on Sunday, the Customer Appreciation Event on Monday, and PegaWorld Closing Event on Tuesday, at an additional cost of $150 per night. Discounts do not apply. Pegasystems reserves the right to limit the number of guest passes allowed per attendee.
Guest passes will be available online to purchase 30 days prior to PegaWorld and be purchased onsite at the registration desk. Passes are subject to availability. There are no refunds on guest passes.
Guests are not permitted to attend any PegaWorld conference sessions, the Tech Pavilion, or meals outside these evening events.
Is there a special government rate for PegaWorld?
Yes, government employees may register for $695 p/pass. In addition, the MGM offers a special room rate of $106 plus taxes and fees for government employees. Rooms are limited and based on availability. Please contact registration at PegaWorld@pega.com to take advantage of this offer.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations for registration, fee-based training courses, or Bootcamps can be done up to 15 business days prior to the start of the event (Monday, May 14, 2018). Refunds take 5-7 business days to process, depending upon your bank. Payment by check requires 2 weeks to process.
Cancellations received within 15 business days of PegaWorld or non-attendance will not be refunded. All registrations created as part of a bundle are non-refundable.
How do I cancel my registration?
Cancellations for single registrations can be done online or submitted in writing.
To cancel online, log into your existing registration using your email address and confirmation number. Click “Unregister” located at the top of the page. Review the information, then select “FINISH” at the bottom of the screen to complete your cancellation.
To cancel in writing, please email PegaWorld@pega.com and include your full name and confirmation number.
Don’t forget to cancel your hotel reservation and flights if you have already booked them.
Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you’re unable to attend PegaWorld and wish to transfer your registration to another person, please do so online or email PegaWorld@pega.com for assistance.
To substitute online, log into your existing registration using your email address and confirmation number. Click “Substitute Registration” located at the top of the page. Enter the first and last name of the replacement along with his/her email address, then click next. Review the information, the select “CONFIRM” at the bottom of the screen to complete your substitution. A confirmation email will be sent to the new registrant.
I’VE ALREADY REGISTERED BUT HAVE JUST BEEN APPROVED AS A SPEAKER. HOW DO I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION AND GET A REFUND?
Your registration will automatically be updated upon your approval as a PegaWorld speaker. The PegaWorld registration team will refund your registration fee. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process, depending upon your bank. Payment by check takes 2 weeks to process. You can also contact the registration team to verify your status and/or refund at PegaWorld@pega.com.
I RECEIVED A COMP CODE BUT AM ALREADY REGISTERED. HOW DO I GET THIS CODE APPLIED TO MY REGISTRATION?
Contact the registration team at PegaWorld@pega.com to apply the comp and process a refund. Codes cannot be applied for existing registrations after Friday, May 11, 2018. Refunds will not be granted after this date.
CAN I PURCHASE A ONE DAY PASS?
Yes. One Day Conference Registration Passes are will be available for purchase online beginning Tuesday, May 1st, 2018. The One Day Conference Registration Pass includes the full conference program, all meals on that day (Monday or Tuesday), and the evening event on that day. Only one day pass is allowed per registrant (Monday or Tuesday; not both).
Cost: $750 if registered by Friday, June 1, 2018; $850 if registered on or after Saturday, June 2, 2018.
I AM PART OF A LARGE GROUP COMING TO PEGAWORLD. ARE THERE ANY GROUP DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
Yes! From October 1 – December 31, 2017, you can purchase Bundle Passes (5 passes) at a discounted rate to bring your team! Bundles are only available in increments of 5 passes. Buy a bundle of 5 passes for $2,975 (only $595 pass).
When you register, select the number of Bundle Passes (each bundle includes 5 passes) you wish to purchase when registering. The price will reflect the total number of registrations you’re purchasing in advance. For example, if you select 1 Bundle Pass, the total will reflect $2,975. If you select 2 Bundle Passes, the total will reflect $5,950.
All passes purchased as part of a bundle are non-refundable. All bundle passes must be registered by May 1, 2018.
Within 24 hours of receipt of payment, the purchaser will receive an email from PegaWorld@pega.com containing a code to distribute, so the additional attendees can register. The code should be entered on the payment screen of registration, where it says, “Discount Code”. Once applied, the registration fee will update to $0.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE BADGE POLICY?
Official conference badges are distributed to all PegaWorld 2018 participants. Conference badges allow access to all events including sessions, keynote sessions, the Tech Pavilion, evening events and any other events or functions associated with PegaWorld. No one will be allowed entrance without an official PegaWorld 2018 conference badge.
A single badge will be issued to each individual registrant. Valid photo ID is required at time of check-in such as an unexpired driver’s license, government issued identification card, military identification, or passport.
Badge swapping or badge sharing is not permitted. Violations of this policy may result in cancellation of the registration without refund.

Check in using the iPads located on the Registration counters by scanning the code located on the email, or entering your email address used during registration.
Please have a photo ID available, so one of our team members may assist you with receiving your badge, lanyard, and program guide.
HOW DO I REPLACE A LOST BADGE?
PegaWorld attendees are required to wear their conference badge at all times. The replacement conference badge fee is $100.00 and can be purchased at the registration desk.

Is there a special hotel rate?
The PegaWorld discount rate at the MGM Grand Hotel is $185 per night, plus taxes/fees ($57.61), a total of $242.61 per night. The deadline to reserve under the PegaWorld group discount rate will expire Friday, May 11, 2018. Once the discount expires, you may be able to book a room at the MGM Grand at the rate listed on their website pending availability.
How do I book a hotel room for PegaWorld?
You must be a registered attendee for PegaWorld 2018 in order to book your hotel reservation. Upon registering, you will receive an email confirmation with the link to book your hotel reservation. Please email PegaWorld@pega.com if you wish it to be resent.
How do I make changes to my existing hotel reservation?

I tried to reserve a hotel room, but it is not offering the discounted rate. Why?
You must either use the reservation link provided in the registration confirmation email, or open your confirmed reservation and click the “Book Hotel” link found at the top of the page. The rate is not available on any public hotel booking website.
I tried to reserve a room at the hotel, but it is saying there are not any available. Is the hotel sold out?
Is internet included in my guest room rate?
Complimentary high speed internet is included in your guest room rate. Instructions on accessing the complimentary guest room internet will be distributed during hotel check-in.
WHAT IS THE HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY?
Contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation. Cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date without penalty. If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, your credit/debit card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax, and the remaining nights will be cancelled.
WHAT IF I DON’T CHECK IN ON MY SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE?
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00am on the day after your confirmed arrival date. If you fail to check-in on your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the first night’s room and tax. Any remaining nights of a “no show” reservation will be cancelled. Please notify the hotel directly if you need to change your arrival date.
CAN I PAY THE HOTEL WITH A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD THAN THE ONE I PROVIDED WHEN I RESERVED THE ROOM?
Yes. However, if the card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in, or a faxed credit card authorization form must be set up with the hotel prior to your arrival.
How do I access parking at MGM Grand?
Self-parking is complimentary for those attending PegaWorld and is available in MGM Grand’s Main Parking Garage. Oversize vehicle parking is also available for hotel guests. Valet Parking is available for $20 per day.
Parking validation stickers will be at the PegaWorld Registration and Information Desks.
How do I request a visa invitation?
You can request a visa invitation letter to assist in obtaining your visa to attend PegaWorld. You must register for the conference prior to requesting a visa invitation. Please send an email to PegaWorld@pega.com and provide the following information:
- First name as listed on passport
- Last name as listed on passport
- Full name as listed on registration
- Country of origin
- Passport number
- Passport expiration date (month/date/year)
- Date of birth (month/date/year)
- Full address of your local United States embassy/consulate
Please note that by requesting a visa invitation letter, this does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend PegaWorld.

What types of tracks and sessions can I expect?
PegaWorld 2018 will offer over 60 sessions delivered by Pega customers and partners, multiple keynote sessions delivered by industry thought leaders, deep-dive fee-based bootcamps, and fee-based hands-on training classes delivered by Pega professionals. In 2017, the agenda featured over 100 customer speakers who shared, in their words, how they have leveraged technology to improve customer experience and streamline business.
What are fee-based Bootcamps?
Bootcamps are deep dive tracks offered on Wednesday, June 6th. Each Bootcamp track features in-depth sessions led by Pega subject matter experts who will teach you everything you need to know on these topics and guide your enterprise projects to success. Bootcamps are offered to PegaWorld attendees for a nominal fee of $300 and require pre-registration. Registration for Bootcamps will be available in December.
Can I sign up for multiple Bootcamps?
No, each track features sessions that build on one-another, therefore attendees must choose only one track.
What are fee-based training classes?
Whether you are new to Pega or an advanced user, PegaWorld offers hands-on training courses led by Pega-certified instructors to increase your knowledge of Pega’s products. These courses are offered to PegaWorld attendees for a nominal fee of $200 and require pre-registration. Registration for Training will be available in November.
How do I register for fee-based training classes and Bootcamps?
You are able to register for these sessions online as part of your original registration. If you wish to add training at a later date, you can go back into your registration (details in your confirmation email) and add in the classes/bootcamps or contact the PegaWorld registration team at PegaWorld@pega.com. Training registration will be available in November. Bootcamp registration will be available in December.
Please note that there is an additional cost for training classes of $200 per course and $300 per Bootcamp. Payment is due at the time of registration.
Can I populate the training classes onto my personal calendar?
Yes. On the summary page, click on the calendar icon next to the cost of your training class. This will automatically populate the training class onto your personal calendar.
I have been wait-listed for a hands-on fee-based training class/bootcamp. What happens next?
Our registration team will notify you via email if an opening becomes available. If you are contacted, you may register and submit payment. To register, log into your existing registration using your email address and confirmation number. Click “Modify” located at the top of the page and follow the prompts to add your selection and process payment. Contact the PegaWorld registration team at PegaWorld@pega.com if you need assistance.
Can I sign up for multiple training courses?
Yes. Please note the start and end times of your desired courses because they may overlap.
Can I cancel my paid training course(s)?
Yes. Refunds will be granted if the cancellation request is made in writing up to 15 business days prior to the start of the event (Monday, May 14, 2018). Refunds will not be granted if the cancellation request is received within 15 business days of the event. Refunds will also not be granted for no-shows onsite.

Whom should I contact if I have special dietary needs, allergies, or require special assistance (wheelchair or other special access)?
There is a section on the conference registration form for special requests. Please complete this section upon registering or contact our registration team at PegaWorld@pega.com.
Food offerings at conference functions will be labeled and contain selections to accommodate a variety of dietary needs including vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free.
What is the recommended attire for the conference?
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference functions. Meeting room temperatures are cool so we also suggest wearing layered clothing for comfort and flexibility.
For evening events, resort casual attire is suggested. This includes polo style shirts, sundresses, linen pants, skirts, button up tops, and nice shorts.
