Team Pass Program
Our Team Pass program gives organizations the opportunity to send multiple employees to PegaWorld iNspire at a deep discount. Team Passes are only available to purchase through December 31, 2019.
5 Passes: $2,975.
Save $300 on each individual pass at the current price of $895.
10 Passes: $5,000.
Save $395 on each individual pass at the current price of $895.
15 Passes: $7,500.

What if I want to buy more than 15 team passes?
No problem! Team Passes can be purchased in packs of 5. All team packages greater than 15 cost $500 per pass and cannot be combined with any other discount. To take advantage of this offer, please email PegaWorld@pega.com.
Team Passes are only available to purchase through December 31, 2019. All Team Passes must be registered by May 1, 2020.
How do I purchase team passes?
Step 1: Register one person and select the Team Pass option that suits your team. Team passes are available in packages of 5 and 10 Passes.
Step 2: Within 24 hours, you will receive an email that contains one registration code that can be applied to the remaining passes.
Step 3: Share the registration code with your colleagues so they can register and join you at PegaWorld iNspire.
All passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.
Are there restrictions when purchasing team passes?
Team Passes must be purchased in increments of 5 and cannot be combined with any other discount. Team Passes are nonrefundable. The Team Pass program will not be available for purchase after December 31, 2019. All Team Passes must be redeemed by May 1, 2020.
How do I register?
What is the payment policy?
We accept credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Registration cannot be completed without payment. Full conference registration and any fee-based training classes must be paid in full to pick up your conference badge on-site.
Can I submit an alternate form of payment?
Please email PegaWorld@pega.com for information.
I purchased team passes. How do I register the rest of my colleagues?
When the Team Passes are purchased, you will receive a confirmation email from PegaWorld@pega.com that contains one registration code. Share the registration code with your colleagues upon receipt, so they can register and join you at PegaWorld iNspire. This code should be applied by your colleagues on the payment screen during registration in order to register at no additional cost. All Team Passes must be redeemed by Friday, May 1, 2020.
Can I bring a guest?
A limited number of event guest passes (one guest per registered attendee) will be available for purchase onsite for the Welcome Reception on Sunday, and the evening event on Monday, at an additional cost of $150 per event. Discounts do not apply. Passes are subject to the discretion of Pegasystems and subject to availability. No refunds are available for guest passes. All guests must be over 21 to attend available events.
Guests are not permitted to attend any PegaWorld iNspire conference sessions, the Tech Pavilion, or meals outside of the evening events purchased.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations for registration or fee-based training courses can be done up to 15 business days prior to the start of the event (Monday, May 11, 2020). Refunds take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank. Payment by check requires 2 weeks to process.
Cancellations received within 15 business days of PegaWorld iNspire, or nonattendance, will not be refunded. All passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.
How do I cancel my registration?
Cancellations for single registrations can be done online or submitted in writing.
To cancel online, log in to your existing registration using your email address and confirmation number. Click “UNREGISTER” located at the top of the page. Review the information, then select “FINISH” at the bottom of the screen to complete your cancellation.
To cancel in writing, please email PegaWorld@pega.com and include your full name and confirmation number.
All Passes purchased through the Team Pass program are nonrefundable.
Pega will not cancel your hotel or flight reservations as a result of cancelling your registration. Don’t forget to cancel your hotel reservation and flights if you have already booked them.
Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you would like to substitute your registration, please email PegaWorld@pega.com with the following information. If the information is not provided, the substitution will not be made.

To cancel or modify your hotel reservation, simply log in to the hotel reservation website using the information you registered with. Do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations are managed through onPeak, the official housing provider of PegaWorld iNspire. You can email or call them directly at (866) 247-3659. Pega is not responsible for hotel substitution updates.
I've already registered but I've been approved as a speaker. How do I update my registration and get a refund?
Your registration will automatically be updated upon your approval as a PegaWorld iNspire speaker. The PegaWorld iNspire registration team will refund your registration fee. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank. You can also contact the registration team to verify your status and/or refund at PegaWorld_Speakers@pega.com.
I received a comp code but I am already registered. How do I get this code applied to my registration?
Contact the registration team at PegaWorld@pega.com to apply the comp and process a refund. Codes will not be accepted after Monday, May 11, 2020. Refunds will not be granted after this date.
Can I purchase a one-day pass?
Yes. One-day Conference Registration Passes are will be available for purchase online beginning Friday, May 1, 2020. The One-Day Conference Registration Pass includes the full conference program, all meals on that day (Monday or Tuesday), and the evening event on that day. Only one one-day pass is allowed per registrant (Monday or Tuesday; not both).
Cost: $750 if registered by Friday, May 29, 2020; $850 if registered on or after Saturday, May 30, 2019.
What is the conference badge policy?
Official conference badges are distributed to all PegaWorld iNspire participants. Conference badges allow access to all events including keynote sessions, breakout sessions, the Tech Pavilion, evening events and any other events or functions associated with PegaWorld iNspire. No one will be allowed entrance without an official PegaWorld iNspire conference badge.
A single badge will be issued to each individual registrant. A valid photo ID is required at the time of check-in. Badge swapping or badge sharing is not permitted. Violations of this policy will result in cancellation of the registration without refund. Lost conference badges can be replaced for $150.00 and are available for purchase at PegaWorld iNspire Registration.
Where do I check in to receive my badge?
PegaWorld iNspire Registration will be at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). A valid photo ID is required to collect your badge. Badge swapping or sharing is not permitted. Violations of this policy will result in cancellation of registration without refund.
How do I check in to receive my badge?
PegaWorld iNspire Registration will be at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). All attendees will receive an email prior to the event that will include a QR code for speedy onsite check-in. Check-in using the iPads located on the registration counters by scanning the code located in the email, or by entering your email address used during registration.
Please have a valid photo ID available, so one of our team members may assist you with receiving your badge, lanyard, and program guide.
How do I replace a lost badge?
PegaWorld iNspire registrants are required to wear their conference badge at all times. Lost conference badges can be replaced for $150.00 and are available for purchase at PegaWorld iNspire Registration.
Badge sharing is not permitted. Violations of this policy will result in cancellation of the registration without refund.

What is the weather like in Boston, MA in June?
The average high temperature in June is 77 °F and the average low temperature is 55°F. Hotel conference rooms tend to be cool, so we advise that you bring a sweater or light jacket.

Conference Transportation to/from Boston Convention & Exhibition Center:
Shuttle transportation will be provided between the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the conference hotels for the event dates. More details coming soon.
is parking available at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center?
Self-park is available at the BCEC ($20, and $40 for oversized vehicles) *.
BCEC directions for self-parking: from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you. Accessible parking spaces are also located in this lot, closest to the building (the same parking rates apply).
Valet parking is available for $30*. To access from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive and the valet area will be immediately on your right. They accept cash and all major credit cards.

How do I request a visa invitation?
You can request a visa invitation letter to assist in obtaining your visa to attend PegaWorld iNspire. You must register for the conference prior to requesting a visa invitation. Please send an email to PegaWorld@pega.com and provide the following information:
- First name as listed on passport
- Last name as listed on passport
- Full name as listed on registration
- Country of origin
- Passport number
- Passport expiration date
- Date of birth
- Full address of your local United States embassy/consulate
- Company name
Please note that by requesting a visa invitation letter, this does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend PegaWorld iNspire. Pegasystems will only provide visa invitations for PegaWorld iNspire attendees.
Is there a special hotel rate?
We have secured discounted rates at various hotels throughout Boston for PegaWorld iNspire attendees. Hotel reservations can be completed during the registration process and are available on a first-come first-serve basis. The deadline to reserve under the PegaWorld iNspire group discount rate is May 8, 2020.
How do I book a hotel room for PegaWorld iNspire?
Please complete your PegaWorld iNspire registration prior to booking your hotel. To book your hotel, click on the hotel link included on your online registration confirmation page or click here. A reservation link to book your hotel will also be included in your email confirmation.
I tried to reserve a hotel room, but it is not offering the discounted rate or showing availability. Why?
Make sure you are booking hotels directly through the reservation link provided in your conference confirmation email or click here. The PegaWorld iNspire hotel rates are not available through public hotel booking websites. If you receive a message that there are no available rooms, please email onPeak or call them at (866) 274-3659.
How do I modify or cancel my existing hotel reservation?
Simply log in to the hotel reservation website using the information you registered with to make modifications or cancellations. All cancellations and modifications differ based on the property selected so make sure to review the hotel’s policies when completing your registration. Do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations are managed through onPeak, the official housing provider of PegaWorld iNspire. For more assistance, email onPeak or call them at (866) 274-3659.
Can I pay the hotel with a different credit card than the one I provided when I reserved the room?
Yes, as long as you are the cardholder for the credit card you present at check-in.
If I cancel my PegaWorld iNspire registration, can I transfer my hotel reservation to another attendee?
To cancel or modify your hotel reservation, simply log in to the hotel reservation website using the information you registered. Do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations are managed through onPeak, the official housing provider of PegaWorld iNspire. Pega is not responsible for hotel substitution updates.
Will I receive a hotel confirmation number after booking my hotel through PegaWorld registration and housing?
You will receive an initial confirmation from onPeak. Please note, this is not your actual hotel confirmation. You will receive your actual hotel confirmation after May 8. Any changes required before May 8, you must contact onPeak, the official housing provider of PegaWorld iNspire. You can reach them through email or call them at (866) 247-3659.
Agenda, Training, & Workshops
Where can I find agenda details?
The agenda will be updated frequently on the PegaWorld iNspire website at www.PegaWorld.com. Keep checking back for the most updated information.
What kinds of tracks and sessions can I expect?
PegaWorld iNspire will offer over 100 sessions delivered by Pega clients and partners, multiple keynote sessions delivered by industry thought leaders and fee-based hands-on training classes delivered by Pega professionals. In 2019, the agenda featured over 100 customer speakers who shared how they have leveraged technology to improve customer experience and streamline business.
What are fee-based training classes?
Whether you are new to Pega or an advanced user, PegaWorld iNspire offers hands-on training courses led by Pega-certified instructors to increase your knowledge of Pega’s products. These courses are offered to PegaWorld iNspire attendees for a nominal fee of $200 and require pre-registration. Make sure to come back to PegaWorld.com when we announce the training schedule!

How do I register for the fee-based training classes?
Once classes are announced, you can register for these sessions online as part of your original registration. If you wish to add training at a later date, you can go back into your registration (details in your confirmation email) and add in the classes or contact the PegaWorld iNspire registration team at PegaWorld@pega.com for assistance.
Please note that there is an additional cost for training classes of $200 per course. Payment is due at the time of training class registration.
Can I populate the training classes onto my personal calendar?
Yes. On the summary page, click on the calendar icon next to the cost of your training class. This will automatically populate the training class onto your personal calendar.
Can I sign up for multiple training courses?
Yes. Please note that you can only sign up for one morning class and one afternoon class.
Can I cancel my paid training course(s)?
Yes. Refunds will be granted if the cancellation request is made in writing up to 15 business days prior to the start of the event (Monday, May 11, 2020). Refunds will not be granted if the cancellation request is received within 15 business days of the event. Refunds will also not be granted for no-shows on-site.
How can I expand my Pega knowledge outside of PegaWorld?
Pega offers additional courses outside PegaWorld iNspire to further grow your Pega experience. A full list of courses can be found on the Pega Academy website.

Which meals are provided at the conference?
The following meals are included as part of the conference registration fee for attendees:

Whom should I contact if I have special dietary needs, allergies, or require special assistance (wheelchair or other special access)?
Food offerings at conference functions will contain selections to accommodate a variety of dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-, nut-, and dairy-free, but please note, offerings may be prepared in a single facility. We encourage all attendees to read food labels where provided and to speak with event personnel if you have any questions about available food.
We will endeavor to provide special meals, such as Halal or Kosher, upon request. To request a special meal, please email PegaWorld@pega.com with the type (Halal, Kosher) and which meal functions (breakfast, lunch, evening events). Please submit your request no later than Friday, May 15, 2020. We may not be able to address requests received after this date.
The week prior to the conference, you will receive an email containing instructions and additional information regarding special meal pick-up during the conference.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference functions. Meeting-room temperatures are cool, so we also suggest wearing layered clothing for comfort and flexibility.
