Unum operations were at a critical point - processes to issue policies were being managed in an entirely manual way, using Outlook and SharePoint to manage work intake and completion. In 12 weeks, Unum was able to create a full case management platform to automate the intake of these requests, fetch data from core systems, and automatically notify the front office when work completes.
