Bankers Life and Casualty Company implemented Pega Sales Automation for Insurance to drive higher lead conversion and bring enhanced mobility to more than 4,000 Bankers Life insurance sales agents. The company used Pega’s out of box CRM technology, extended the application with Pega’s no code environment, and delivered a complete application in seven months. In order to better integrate sales and service processes, simplify the technology environment, and increase implementation velocity through reuse, the Pega platform will be leveraged to simplify processes and consolidate multiple customer service / workflow systems.
