Customer Engagement Summit Detroit
Goodbye silos. Hello seamless, intelligent automotive and mobility experiences.
Most automakers and their captive finance partners are no longer just in the vehicle business. They’re also mobility businesses, fleet owners, and service providers. To succeed, they need the ability to seamlessly pivot between old and new operations, and old and new consumer experiences – on demand.
That kind of digital transformation and two-speed operation is challenging. Sure. But it’s not impossible.
Join us on Thursday, Sept. 19 at The Dearborn Inn to:
- Explore the best practices and capabilities OEMs, captives, their partners, and other successful enterprises are using to transform and operate their multiple businesses (automotive and mobility).
- Meet digital leaders who will show you how to cut through the hype and deliver real business outcomes for your organization.
- Test-drive powerful technology that lets you engage without limits, automate from end to end, and more.
