Don Schuerman is CTO and Vice President of Product Strategy at Pegasystems, responsible for Pega’s industry-leading platform and CRM applications. He has 20 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions for Fortune 500 organizations, with a focus on digital transformation, mobility, analytics, business process management, cloud and CRM.

Don has led enterprise software implementations and provided technology and architecture consulting to senior business and technology executives from Fortune 500 organizations, including American Express, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, and BP. Don holds a BS in Physics and Philosophy from Boston College.

Tom is responsible for all global marketing and communications activities and functions, including brand, advertising, corporate communications, digital marketing, social media, events, field marketing, and demand generation.

Tom has more than 20 years’ experience leading global marketing, sales, digital, and product management organizations and is passionate about delivering hyper-personalized experiences that fuel customer engagement and accelerate company growth. Prior to joining Pega, Tom held marketing leadership positions within large global organizations such as JP Morgan Chase, IBM, and Nokia.

In 2020, Tom was recognized by Comparably as one of the 50 Most Influential Marketing Leaders Changing the Industry. Tom is an active inclusion and diversity ally and serves as the executive sponsor for several Employee Resource center Groups at Pega.

Tom is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where he earned his undergraduate degree in economics and accounting.

She is currently the Founder and CEO of Ginny Clarke, LLC, her own talent and leadership consulting business. She is also an active keynote speaker, and HearstLab Entrepreneur in Residence where she is sharing her talent and leadership expertise with founders of women-owned businesses, and supporting HearstLab executives with their investment pipeline. She started her own podcast, Fifth Dimensional Leadership, in 2020; it is a forum for leaders, thinkers and future-makers dedicated to creating the conscious workplace of tomorrow.

Ginny Clarke was most recently Director, Executive Recruiting at Google from August 2016 until November 2020. In this role, she led the Diversity, Non-tech Recruiting, and the Leadership Internal Mobility teams. Her team of North American recruiters found and hired senior leaders (Directors +) for finance, sales, marketing and other G&A functions across Google.

A life-long marketing practitioner and analyst, he is a regular keynote speaker, an active supporter of the American Red Cross, a green-blooded Boston Celtics fan, and has held membership in the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR) since 2004.
