As a Client Delivery Partner at Pegasystems, you will be at the heart of our client success story, playing a pivotal role in our consulting organization and client engagement model. The Client Delivery Partner is accountable across the entire client engagement lifecycle, from driving account growth and supporting new business through to successful delivery. This role holds ultimate accountability for client success and value realization, ensuring the full value of contracted services and software is achieved, independent of who performs the implementation—be it the client, a partner, or Pega Consulting. As the key delivery leader, they are fundamentally accountable for the account's overall health, client satisfaction, and long-term success.

As the ultimate problem-solver on the Account team, you'll have the authority and responsibility to ensure exceptional client experiences from pre-sales through delivery. As a core member of the Account team, this role is the ultimate owner of client escalations and has the authority to pull in and direct the activities of whatever resources are needed to resolve problems.
What You'll Do at Pega:
• Spearhead enterprise-scale initiatives that revolutionize how healthcare organizations operate, taking ownership of ACV targets, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively mitigating risks before they impact delivery.
• Lead clients through the AI modernization journey from reimagining critical clinical and operational workflows to addressing regulatory compliance and defining their future-state healthcare architecture.
• Forge trusted C-level partnerships with healthcare executives and stakeholders, becoming their go-to strategic advisor who translates complex technical concepts into clear clinical and business value.
• Architect effective delivery strategies that maximize patient outcomes and operational ROI, governing execution with precision while ensuring clients fully leverage Pega's powerful capabilities across their healthcare organization.
• Pioneer innovative approaches that accelerate time-to-value, championing cutting-edge methodologies including blueprint, estimator app, constellation, and emerging platform capabilities tailored to healthcare transformation.

What You've Accomplished:
• Proven track record of Consulting Sales and Delivery leadership, particularly in driving innovation and digital transformation programs within healthcare organizations.
• Industry expertise in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences, with demonstrable experience working with large health systems, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and healthcare payers across both clinical and technology teams.
• Expert in enterprise software delivery, with specific experience leading healthcare modernization initiatives that include clinical workflow reimagination, patient experience enhancement, and addressing healthcare technology currency.
• Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with healthcare executives, acting as a trusted advisor for clinical and operational transformation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business strategy, regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA, etc.), and its connection to technology-led transformation in patient care delivery.
• Experience with cloud modernization—including network, hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP), security, and governance principles—with specific knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and impact healthcare clients and life sciences partners.

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 142,400 - 216,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
