Steve began his 20-year career at Pega delivering large-scale process automation solutions in the financial services and healthcare markets. He was part of the go-to-market team when the Pega Platform (PRPC) was introduced in 2004 and shortly thereafter joined the Platform Product Management team. Since then, Steve has been dedicated to improving the Pega Platform and has demonstrated a relentless focus on technology innovation, customer success and team building. He remains committed to the low-code premise that software should allow organizations to deliver world-class outcomes by abstracting the behaviors of an application and orchestrating business functions without the need to write code. When not at work, Steve can be found outdoors. He lives on Boston’s north shore with his wife and 4 children where they enjoy running, hiking, skiing, swimming and boating.

Scott Holz, Global Director, Partner Technical Enablement, has over 20 years of alliances experience at enterprise organizations, including IBM, Oracle, and Pega. His expertise includes partner program design, leading ISV teams, managing partner development, and overseeing marketing programs. At Pega, Scott and his team are responsible for driving partner delivery excellence and growing the size and capability of the Pega partner ecosystem.

Kendra Pelletier, Program Manager, Global Sales Enablement, has over 10 years of program management experience at enterprise organizations and start-up environments, including Nuance Communications Inc, Sense Labs, Inc., and Pega. Her expertise includes sales enablement, partner engagement, managing enablement platforms, operational excellence, facilitating webinars, and overseeing marketing campaigns. In addition to fostering and growing the size and capability of the Pega partner ecosystem, Kendra is responsible for driving partner engagement and awareness through webinars, workshops, and curating content.
