PegaWorld 2019: How GE Healthcare is revolutionizing order management

GE Healthcare and Pega built the foundation for our digital transformation 5 years ago when we created an order submission solution for our Commercial Sales organization. It's now time we build & deploy this for our Service Sales organization. This solution will allow us to track the processing of over 20K orders per year and at every step reduce overall cycle time by 80%, eliminate ~2 weeks of rework per quarter, increase capacity to support field activities, and support ~$180M in monthly Service contract billing. Having both Equipment and Service organizations deployed will get us closer to our ultimate wing-to-wing total efficiency solution.
