As a Client Delivery Partner at Pegasystems, you'll drive client success across the entire engagement lifecycle in the auto manufacturing industry. You're accountable for client satisfaction, value realization, and long-term success, ensuring full value delivery of contracted services and software regardless of implementation approach.

What You'll Do at Pega:
• Drive enterprise-scale manufacturing transformations, owning ACV targets, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively managing delivery risks
• Lead automotive manufacturers through digital modernization - from supply chain optimization to connected vehicle initiatives and smart factory implementations
• Build trusted C-level partnerships with manufacturing executives, translating complex technical concepts into clear operational and business value
• Architect delivery strategies that maximize production efficiency and quality outcomes while ensuring full leverage of Pega's manufacturing capabilities
• Champion innovative methodologies including blueprint, estimator app, and constellation tailored to automotive manufacturing transformation

• Strategic orchestrator thriving at the intersection of manufacturing technology and digital transformation, building authentic connections across technical teams and C-suite executives
• Unique combination of visionary thinking and practical execution, articulating compelling automotive digital strategies while ensuring flawless delivery through expertise, empathy, and genuine passion for advancing manufacturing excellence
What You've Accomplished:
• Proven Consulting Sales and Delivery leadership in automotive manufacturing digital transformation programs
• Auto manufacturing industry expertise with experience across OEMs, Tier 1/2/3 suppliers, or manufacturing technology vendors
• Enterprise software delivery experience leading manufacturing modernization initiatives including supply chain automation, quality management optimization, and operational transformation
• C-level relationship management with manufacturing executives as trusted advisor for operational and technical transformation
• Understanding of automotive business strategy, regulatory requirements (DOT, NHTSA, EPA, IATF 16949), and technology-led transformation in production operations
• Cloud modernization experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automotive compliance requirements preferred
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence automotive manufacturing clients and technology partners

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 142,400 - 216,900 GBP annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
