Pegasystems is seeking an experienced delivery manager to join our dynamic team of Delivery Leaders. Each Delivery Leader actively contributes to the success of all client engagements through industry knowledge, Pegasystems product knowledge, leadership, and project execution skills.

The key responsibilities of the Delivery Leaders will include project planning and management, as well as client engagement at all levels within an account.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Lead Complex Transformation Programs: Typically direct 2-3 concurrent large-scale implementations, including enterprise Pega deployments, strategic partner integrations, and client-led digital transformation initiatives
• Drive Strategic Outcomes: Deliver comprehensive transformation programs to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and success metrics while ensuring clients achieve targeted ROI and business value realization
• Executive Account Stewardship: Maintain rigorous program governance including executive reporting, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, financial oversight, and strategic relationship cultivation
• Strategic Advisory Leadership: Function as the primary trusted advisor to C-level executives on all aspects of their Pegasystems-enabled transformation, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to ensure optimal business outcomes
• Methodology Excellence: Architect and harmonize Pegasystems' proven delivery methodology with client enterprise methodologies; demonstrate mastery of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches while adapting to complex organizational dynamics
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams toward thought leadership excellence and delivery mastery

You are a proven transformation leader with a results-driven mindset and demonstrated success in directing complex professional services engagements within large-scale digital transformation and enterprise software implementations.

Your extensive industry knowledge, executive presence, and exceptional leadership capabilities enable you to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders and drive influence across complex organizational structures. You are committed to delivering transformational outcomes and exceptional client value while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity and program excellence.

Due to the client base, UK Security Clearance eligibility would be required

What You've Accomplished:

• Advanced Education: BA/BS in Technical discipline (MBA strongly preferred)
• Senior Leadership Experience: 9+ years leading professional services and complex program delivery within SaaS/enterprise software environments, with demonstrated partner-level responsibility
• Transformation Expertise: Proven track record directing large-scale digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
• Industry Specialization: Deep expertise in one or more industry verticals, with comprehensive understanding of enterprise strategies, processes, market dynamics, and emerging trends
• Methodological Mastery: Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies and program management frameworks
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated capability in design thinking, business architecture, and strategic planning
