As a Strategic Account Executive for the Public Sector, you will serve as a thought leader, a genuine partner, and a collaborator with clients aiming to transform their business operations. You will work closely with your clients, educating and guiding them on their Business Process Automation journey. Engage in meaningful work that creates a significant impact for some of the world’s largest public sector organizations..
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders across the client organization
- Leverage industry and product knowledge to share insights about how a client can maximize license to drive business benefits
- Penetrate new organizations/accounts and radiate new business within existing customer base in assigned portfolio
- Provide insight to the customer as the basis of the commercial conversation, teaching customers something new/valuable about how to compete in their market
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and pipelining using a variety of methods
- Work with Pega’s partners to generate Pega value propositions
Who You Are:
A motivated enterprise software sales executive, dedicated to enhancing client value and advancing their business process automation strategies. You excel at challenging customers' perspectives, swiftly gaining credibility, fostering strong relationships, and driving success for both our clients and Pega.
What You've Accomplished:
- Proven experience in SaaS with a strong understanding of business applications.
- Years of experience of direct enterprise software sales
- Demonstrated history of stable and progressive quota achievement.
- Experience collaborating with large partner organizations.
- Solid foundation in account management, business expansion, and pipeline development.
- Proficiency in high-level Japanese.
- Familiarity with the public sector industry.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Previous participation in formal sales training programs.
- A proven track record of challenging and enhancing a customer's business processes.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge in business automation.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
