Workplace Engagement Associate - Return-To-Work Program
About The Program

Pega’s Return-to-Work program is a 16-week paid Returnship for experienced professionals who have at least 5 years of experience and are returning to the workforce after taking a career hiatus. This is your chance to showcase your expertise, refresh your knowledge, contribute to meaningful projects, and relaunch your career!
The program will provide specialized onboarding and professional development opportunities including mentorship and skills trainings in partnership with reacHIRE to help you acclimate.
Meet Our Team:
This role will help in the understanding of how well we are meeting the needs and wants of employees in the office environment. Areas for exploration will include office space, technology & amenities, remote officing, spoke and hub options, and how well our IT & Corporate Services functions support the needs of employees using our offices globally.

A successful candidate will meet a diverse group of employees and leaders at Pega to best understand the diverse challenges of employees in the workplace. Using a variety of tools you will develop and explain an in office work program that fosters face to face collaboration and flexibility. You will fulfill two of our communicated success behaviors of collaboration and learning and share this with the broader Pega community
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Survey employees on office experience and needs.
- Define the Pega story for office use and experience with justification
- Work with People Team, Facilities, & IT to define roles and responsibilities and rules of engagement
- Identify and research best practices of current industry leaders in office space delivery and utilization, and present lessons learned, and outcomes realized
Who You Are:
You are an outgoing and inquisitive person. You enjoy researching and reaching conclusions based on facts and metrics and want to have a long term impact on an organization that is looking for answers and recommendations. You can think outside of the box and follow where your research leads you vs. what you have done in the past. You are person with facilities or HR/People experience that is fascinated with the changes that have gone on in the office environment and want to learn more about this complex and interesting topic
What You've Accomplished:
- BA in Business, interior design or organizational Management
- 5 plus years’ experience in a corporate environment
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
- Excellent People Skills and an ability to get people to open up about potentially polarizing subject matter
