Standard Chartered Automates Customer Service with Pegasystems
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Nov. 17 — Standard Chartered Bank has selected the Smart Investigate solution framework from Pegasystems Inc. (Nasdaq: PEGA) as part of a major drive to improve customer service in payments processing.
Pegasystems has a well-established reputation as a market leader in BPM, backed up by a solid customer reference base. Smart Investigate will be used to support Standard Chartered in moving to a fully-automated, end-to-end process, by minimizing payments transactions errors and ensuring that any follow-up investigations are undertaken both rapidly and consistently.
The Smart Investigate framework is built on Pegasystems' SmartBPM™ Suite, an intelligent rules-driven BPM software suite of tools designed to enable businesses to rapidly deploy and manage process-management solutions throughout their life-cycle.
"The flexibility and responsiveness of the Pegasystems solution is ideally suited to large organizations such as Standard Chartered looking to achieve rapid change," confirms David Wells, Vice President and Managing Director EMEA, Pegasystems.
