Pegasystems Launches Customer Advocacy Program; Two World-Class Companies First to Enroll in Pegasystems' New Customer Relations Initiative
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--July 21, 1999--Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ:PEGA), a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, today announced the introduction of its Customer Advocacy Program. Created to provide select customers with the opportunity to publicize the successes that they have achieved using Pegasystems' CRM solutions, the program initially welcomes two key customers -- Barclays Bank PLC and Orange Communications S.A.
The establishment of the program with two leading European companies marks the first phase in a program that will soon welcome key customers from the Americas and the Asia/Pacific Rim region.
The Customer Advocacy Program (CAP) recognizes the role that customers play in Pegasystems' success by inviting them to participate in activities such as speaking engagements, customer seminars, and Pegasystems' annual PegaVISION conference. Customers joining the program also will have the chance to share in Pegasystems' public relations opportunities. CAP also will enlist customer organizations that wish to collaborate on, develop, and rapidly deploy new functionality to achieve showplace status.
