Pegasystems Again Recognized as a Leader for Business Process Management by Respected Independent Analyst Firm

in "The Forrester Wave™: Business Process Management Suites, Q3 2010" report. Pegasystems' SmartBPM solution was recognized for "its comprehensive frameworks that help process professionals accelerate time-to-value for delivering solutions to critical industry challenges."

In addition to ranking the highest for both strategy and current offering, Pegasystems was one of two BPM vendors that "lead the pack with the best overall combination of modeling, design and development features for business and technical roles driving process improvement,"(1) the Forrester report states. Pegasystems received high marks for providing "dynamic workspaces for business users," among other accolades.

Forrester compiled the report to assess the state of the market and review how top BPM vendors rate in meeting the needs of customers. Customer reference calls, hands-on lab evaluations and vendor surveys were conducted by Forrester in researching the report.
