CompuCredit Selects Pegasystems Business Process Management Software

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., March 1 — Pegasystems (Nasdaq: PEGA), the leader in unified process and rules technology, today announced the selection by CompuCredit Corporation (Nasdaq: CCRT), the 15th largest U.S. credit card issuer, of Pegasystems SmartBPM Suite and related Solution Frameworks. Powered by PegaRULES Process Commander®, Pegasystems Smart Dispute Solution Framework will be used to drive enhanced operations in the management and resolution of Card Disputes and suspected Fraud transactions. In addition, Pegasystems Customer Process Manager Solution Framework will support customer offer campaigns in both in-house and outsourced contact centers.
